Account and Data Deletion
Request deletion by emailing adhiratmediaperkasa@gmail.com from the email address associated with your ShortTale account. Use the subject line “ShortTale Account Deletion Request”.
Include in your request
- The email address associated with the account.
- Your country or region.
- A clear statement that you want the account and eligible associated data deleted.
What happens next
We may ask you to verify ownership of the account. After verification, eligible profile, viewing, favorites, downloads, support, and usage data will be deleted or anonymized within 7 business days. Records required for fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations may be retained only for the required period.
Subscriptions: Deleting your ShortTale account does not automatically cancel a Google Play, Apple, or web subscription. Cancel active subscriptions through the purchase provider.
